Shipping policy

We currently ship within Canada and the United States only. Products are made to order by our production partners. Canadian and US products are set up for fulfillment and shipping within their respective countries.

Processing and delivery

Orders typically arrive within 5 to 10 business days after purchase (including production and shipping time). Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by holidays, weather, carrier delays, or production volume. We do our best during peak times (ie. Christmas) to advise on cut off dates in order for you to receive your product on time.

Tracking

You will receive tracking information by email when your order ships.

Shipping costs

Shipping is included in the price of all our products.

Address changes

Contact us as soon as possible if your shipping address is incorrect. Once an order enters production or ships, we may not be able to change it.

Lost or delayed packages

If tracking has not updated or your package appears lost in transit, contact us and we will help investigate. If tracking shows delivered but the package is missing, first check with household members, neighbors, and the carrier.
